You've towed my car to your storage lot. How can I get it back?  Visit our office [click here for map] during business hours (see below). Bring photo ID, proof of ownership such as title or registration and payment for towing charges. Sorry, we don't bill your insurance company - you will need to request reimbursement from them. You must also fill out a release form.

What are your office hours?  Our offices and storage lot are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday.

Can I get personal property out of my car while you are storing it?  Yes, just bring photo ID and proof of ownership.

What types of payment do you accept?  We accept cash and major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept business and personal checks upon approval from TeleCheck.

 

Can I get personal property out of someone else's car while you are storing it?  Yes, bring a notarized letter from the registered owner authorizing you to remove items from the vehicle. The letter must include:

The owner's name and address
The VIN (Vehicle ID Number) of the vehicle
Your name and address

You must also bring:

The owner's photo ID
The owner's proof of ownership
Your Photo ID

When do you tow? We tow 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (except leap years).
